No email coming

What to do?

Tried multiple times. Looks like our email provider (biggest in Czech) is not accepting brave emails (interresting email from this forum was delivered correctly, but these brave-publisher not).

We sent a mail multiple times to publisher support email - never responded (or never received response).

We have a few websites verified and sure some balance on account so I do not want to loose it.

Update: Asked mail provider support if they are blocking “[email protected]” or so and they are not.

Try to open a support ticket. Not sure if they are still monitoring the old publisher email.
