Briefly describe your issue: I had about four bats from my PC earned for May and eight from my Android, both are linked to my Uphold account and as of June 13, 2023, no May deposits have been made

@Jsimuaci If you haven’t done so already, please be sure to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so someone from Brave can try to look into it. The ticket is required because they need some additional information that shouldn’t be shared publicly.

I submitted the info and got a ticket number of 200974 on June 14th… Again, this is about all my May Payments that never showed up in June… combined 12-14 bats between my Desktop and Phone. I nudged them yesterday (June 20th) for an update on the ticket but yet to hear back on anything. I am wondering what to do if to continue using brave or not, etc… Hopefully I’ll hear back soon and be assured the issue (whatever it was, is fixed). Honestly, I haven’t had any payment issues in many months as everything is properly linked to my Uphold account. Just thought I’d send a quick update to whomever and you who was kind enough to reply in the first place.
