Briefly describe your issue:

For the Month of April, 2023 I received no deposit to my Uphold wallet from the Brave Browser even with my Uphold account verified and my Brave Browser connected to my Wallet.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

Im using Windows 10 Professional Edition. Using Brave Version: v1.51.114

Is your Brave Rewards Profile currently verified? (yes/no)

Yes

What date did you connect a your Brave Rewards Profile?

I connected my Brave rewards to my wallet on 3/5/23

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Yes, I received the Prior months payment.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Yes I am in the USA, Outside the state of New York. So my Region is completely supported.

Have you fully completed Uphold’s CDD requirements?

Yes, Though this was done only recently.

Official support will take it from there. You can share ticket id once filed a ticket, so if support sees this post they can get to your ticket if they want to do it right away.
