No December payment received through Gemini, not getting Ads or Rewards

No December Payout on PC and Gemini, not receiving ads on PC at all. Only getting full page ads when opening a new tab. FPA’s are not moving the ad counter or adding BAT.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using Windows 7 [

What date did you verify your wallet? 11/27 is when I switch to Gemini, was using Uphold for 2-3 years prior (with nothing but problems, like I’m having now.)

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) Occasionally, I travel for a living… And if you’re so butt hurt about me using a VPN, why do you accept payments from VPN services to advertise on brave? Seems pretty short sighted to punish your users for using a service that paid you to advertise on your platform…

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? Yes, USA

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?? YES

I’ve been using Brave for at least 3 years now, and I’ve lost more payments than I received. I’ve seen BAT go from $0.10 to $1.00, you people HAVE to have SOME MONEY buy now, can you please hire some competent people to code the back end and work the forums? The only thing keeping Brave from growing is the fact the “revolutionary” ads and payout system is a janky ass mess that pisses off more people than it rewards.

I’m also using Gemini and also haven’t received my payout for december. I do still get ads though.

Same here. I’m still waiting for my payout for december to my Gemini account which is verified. I’ve got paid the previous month.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
