No confirmation of tips received

Grab.tc states they have not received the Tips I sent on Apr 1, 2023.
From Grab.tc on April 6, 2023: We did not receive any confirmation about your tip on our uphold account or Brave profile.

Brave is up to date. Version 1.50.114 Chromium: 112.0.5615.49 (Official Build) (64-bit)]
I don’t have a browser wallet.
Grab.tc has received previous Tips payments.
No VPN used. I am eligible for Brave Rewards & don’t use auto-contribute.

There’s been some issues ongoing with creators tips. I’ll tag the team to look into this.
