Description of the issue:
A popover has been appearing on the Android version of Brave when I open a particular website, https://BibleProphecyIsland.com

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

1. Open Brave on Android.
2. Load BibleProphecyIsland.com
3. A popover should appear.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
A popover appears with an option to “Cancel” or “Install” …

Expected result:
The website should load without that popover.

Reproduces how often:
Almost every time that open that website & sometimes after a while.

Brave Version(about:brave):
(about:brave doesn’t work on Android)

The site owner doesn’t even know why this happens.

Does this happen on Chrome as well?

@sriram, can confirm that this happens on Chrome as well. But after testing, I turned to type this message into the editor on Community, looked back at my phone and the page had loaded without issue.
I went back and forward/refreshed and I can’t get the prompt to show again.

If its the same behaviour on Chrome as well then it could be a site issue. If it doesnt happen on Chrome but happens on Brave then we need to investigate where the problem is.

The popover didn’t show on Chrome for me, though Chrome thought that the connection wasn’t secure . Also the popover did show again on Brave.
