No Brave Wallet, Uphold Doesn't Work

Description of the issue: There is no wallet

What operating system are you using? Android and Windows 10 Pro

Brave Version (check About Brave):latest

Additional Information: There is no Brave Wallet. Why is it promoted? It says to click an icon from Brave’s menu. Icon doesn’t exist. I have the newest version. There is also only one wallet to connect to: Uphold, and it doesn’t work either. No matter what I do from Windows or Android, Uphold does not send a security code via SMS. I even tried to create another account. No SMS is ever sent.

I have dealt with them on many occasions. They do not verify my id, even after submitting multiple selfies in crystal clear 4k resolution holding my driver’s license, perfect lighting. Brave needs another option. Why can’t I use my Gemini Wallet?

I am assuming I can’t earn any rewards until a wallet can be connected? Why doesn’t it store in Brave Wallet until a wallet can be attached? What is the point of Brave wallet? For 3 years, it has never registered any BAT earned, even though I click on ads all the time. Is this a practical joke?

@TE5LA because they aren’t allowing integration. Gemini pulled back a lot after they got in a lot of legal troubles. Also as regulations have changed in many countries, they had to make changes. Well, you would have earned BAT early on but you would have been given the many notifications that went out which told you to connect to a custodial account or lose it all. Back then, Gemini had been available as well unless they did not approve of your country for integration. If you had linked to them then you would have had your BAT there. But it sounds like you made the decision not to do this or your country wasn’t supported.

We never have earned for clicking ads. All they have to do is display.

Their terms say we are limited to one account. If you have tried creating multiple Uphold accounts then that would put you on their antifraud radar and might be some of your problems. That’s assuming you meant you tried to create a second Uphold account.
