This likely is why you had issues, especially if talking in recent months. Back around July they had issues where had removed support away from France. Though it was also the first country they added back as well, I forget which month without looking back.
Just to verify, is your browser currently showing you Verified with Uphold?
Also, did your browser ever show you a payment was expected?
Lastly, are you still seeing ads and seeing BAT increase under Estimated Earnings?
In any case, @SmartyAadi gave you the best advice, which is to submit a support ticket. My questions just are more on curiosity and seeing if I can fill in some blanks on things.
