No Brave Rewards but Ads are shown

Briefly describe your issue:

I am not getting any rewards since a few month. I reinstalled Brave but that did not help. I see ads, but they are not getting recognized.

Here are the settings:

But I did get BATs in the past.

no, I can’t cause I do not have 25 BAT

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
I have recieved at least the BAT rewards each month

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

yes Germany.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Auto-Contribute is turned off

  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
