Description of the issue:
Can’t risplay bookmark toolbar.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Buy a tablet at Cistco.
- Install latest version.
- Try to find away to see your bookmark toolbar.
Expected result:
A bookmark toolbar is displayed.
Brave Version( check About Brave):
There’s no about to click on.

There’s no access to settings through chrome://settings or brave://settings.
I get not taking up a line on Samsung Galaxy S10, although I’d make it an option, but a tablet?
