No BAT since July

Briefly describe your issue:

I have gotten none of my BAT rewards since July 8th. At one point my account showed flagged and I opened a case. They resolve that fairly quickly but I hadn’t gotten the BAT I had earned so they said it would show up the next time. Well now it is nearly the end of October and I haven’t gotten any of the BAT.

What date did you verify your wallet?

After the last issue I verified it so it would have been somewhere around September 20th.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you eligible for Brave Rewards (see here for list of supported regions)?

Are you on the list of supported regions when verifying Brave Rewards with a custodial partner (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
