No August 2022 payout to Uphold

I have been using brave for almost two years now and this is the first time I have not received a payout for a month (August 2022). I have a verified Uphold Wallet and I send Uphold an email and they responded that they did not receive the BAT from Brave. What should I do? Is there anyone to contact?
