I have noticed that whenever watch fullscreen videos on youtube or any other video platfoms ads does not apppear.
That is intended behavior as ads are supposed to be non intrusive.
It is true, because you have, most likely, the focus assist on from Windows 
. It automatically activate when share screen or when you are in full screen
If you want to disable it, although I reckon not to do this, you should go to Windows Settings -> System -> Focus Assist -> and disable the automatic rule that you want(e.g. when I am using an app in full screen mode)
