No ads popup for my 2nd computer

Hello,

Im using Brave since 3 years and I just installed Brave on my 2nd computer at work (so its another Wifi and IP address, maybe this is why I have no ads notification?
I also linked my Uphold account and of course activated the notification for 10 per hours
and I never received one notification since 1 week of activity…
wondering if its because im at work and Brave doesnt alow Brave on another computers ?

Or maybe its the wifi and Ip address?

You get other type of ads, NTP ads and Brave news ads ?
If none, then try verifying and if you get a profile flagged error update us.

Also double check your DND settings.

Hey maybe its not possible to have 2 computers with 2 differents ip address with 1 Brave account?

Hello by one account I mean I entered my secret sentence you know?
maybe should I create another one brave reward account?

That secret phrase is for Brave Wallet as far as I know. Rewards doesn’t have one.

ANyways.
DO you get other type of ads on the device ?
Like ones on a new tab page (Sponsored images), in Brave News ?
Also, try verifying with Uphold / Gemini and tell me if you get an error of some sorts.

And check if your region has ads. If it shows 0 campaigns, just refresh the page once.
