No Ads On Desktop Windows After Month Of Install

Briefly describe your issue:
I have not gotten a single Ad notification or any BAT credit from sponsers. I have notifications enabled and I followed every troubleshooting guide I could find.

On brave://rewards-internals the most repeted log is
PM:ERROR:ad_events_database_table.cc(263) ] Failed to get ad events

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Windows 10 Education and Version 1.36.119 Chromium 99.0.4844.83 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Is your browser wallet currently verified?
Yes

What date did you verify your wallet?
02/26/2022

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes but from my android phone

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes

Hey @Longsword go to brave://flags and Enable pop up ads and Allow Brave Ads to fallback from native to custom push notifications .
If this also does not work.
Enable both the options if disabled.
If it enabled already disable and enable again.
