In US, I have not received ads in Brave Dev or Brave browser. I have followed the debug steps in the other threads and the message I get is:

I have not found this message in any other thread. Please let me know what other info you need from me.

Hi @gabrus. So the catalog is downloaded that means its working fine. Do you have any video playing in a background tab while you browse? If so this is a known issue where ads are not shown if a background tab is playing video. Also what is the language settings in your Linux machine? Could you take a screenshot of it and share?
