Briefly describe your issue: no news ads

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)? windows 10 ,1.45.118

**Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)**no

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) no

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to a custodial partner? yes

i was thinking their is some problem going on brave side ,im not receving news ad ,so i was reading other thread ,which gives me idea to test brave with new profile ,and i start receiving news ads

now what can i do ,i cant leave my main profile

note- only news ads affected

( i think upgrading and downgrading windows created this problem)

what i tried
1.turned off and on news
2.turned brave rewards on of ,changes number from 10 to 5

any suggestion guys

My suggestion. Use the new profile, forget the old one.
You can either delete it, or leave it. But it seems to be broken, thus do not use it. We are still in the beginning of the month, so you will not loose so many rewards. Just let it go.

thanks for suggestion ,since im from india and i cant transfer bat to upload or gemini ,i have bat collected from last 4-5 months

Keep it then until India is supported. By then you can transfer the BAT and get rid of it.

but using another profile and keeping one profile with bats unused can flag me ??
system will see im abusing brave by creating another profile keeping old one
