No Ads for French Guiana .... Why? It is France!

Hi all , in fact i have very often such problems living in French Guiana:
Again, French Guiana is a territory of France.
As all food, services, administration,etc is coming from France and is French, we are moslty French consuming , then why shouldn’t we have French Ads in Brave instead of nothing ?

Even, google knows that we exists now, why not Brave?
