No access to extensions

Additional Information:

On neither my phone nor my Chromebook, do I get any puzzle piece or way of managing, installing, etc extensions. I have searched and any info I find does not work for me because I have zero access or option for Extensions found under the settings anywhere. What gives??

That’s because both of those devices are Android OS. Android OS does not support extensions in this same way and it is the same for all browsers.

But i am able to do extensions on the chrome browser on both those devices
