Nightly will crash immediately when I try to bookmark current tab onto toolbar

Description of the issue:
Brave Nightly crashes whenever I try to bookmark current tab

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to any URL
  2. drag the padlock icon onto bookmarks toolbar

Expected result:
Brave should put bookmark onto toolbar, but instead Brave Nightly crashes. This has been happening for at least a week.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.47.91 (current as of 22 Nov)
