New window with TOR stopped working

I can’t navigate on private window with TOR anymore:
when opening New Private window with TOR

  1. I open a new private window with TOR and it presents normally
  2. I type an address on the search bar
    3.The window stays the same while searching perpetually for the address that never comes

I never had problems in the past, I used it regularly. At some point it stopped working and never worked since then and I have no idea why. I live in Australia using iinet ISP
