New to Brave and had to reset my computer and my tokens I had

Is there anyway to get the tokens I had back? I only had 2 of them, but I would like to know in the future if I ever reset my computer again to factory state, should I move BAT first to someplace else?

And if I can’t wait until the payout is there anything I can do?
