Description of the issue:
New tabs from links that create new tabs/windows don’t use the same settings as the page they were spawned from.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Click a link that creates a new tab
- New tab behaves like I manually created a new tab
Expected result:
The new tab should have the settings of the previous page. This is particularly annoying when using Desktop mode. New tabs will default to the browser default which means a heck of a lot of URL editing which is atrociously difficult in Brave to begin with (ever try to scroll to the beginning of a URL in the location field? Arrrg!)
