New tab page missing from settings

New tab page is not showing in the settings menu. As a result, it is impossible to set the behaviour of new tab pages or get deleted widgets back.

This issue has been noted earlier here

Brave 1.19.86, Chromium 88.0.4324.96
Android 5.0.2; SM-P905 Build/LRX22G

Tried also the latest beta version, same problem.
