Description of the issue:
My TOR window will not connect
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
I pull down the hamburger menu.
Select "New Private Window with TOR
Window pops up but the “disconnected” label appears upper left and TOR window will not connect.
