New playlist plays audio twice after receiving call

Description of the issue:

Since the playlist’s revamp, video playback has a serious bug where some interruptions (namely calls, but I had it one more time and I don’t remember what the circumstances were) cause the video to replay with an extra audio track.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Download a video from Rumble to local storage (my latest example is https://rumble.com/v5ohime-the-podcast-of-the-lotus-eaters-1040.html?e9s=src_v1_mfp, but it seems to be happening with every video).
  2. While it’s playing, get a phone call, the video is auto-paused.
  3. When the call ends, the video will resume with 2 audio tracks playing simultaneously, one is the current audio track, the other is an audio track from some random part of the video (and sometimes other videos in the list).

**Expected result: Video should resume properly, with a single audio track.
