Not able to access my brave rewards on new device

You can’t. Gemini integration is down for new profiles/devices. The only people able to “connect” are on devices and profiles which have already been connected long ago. And no, this isn’t referencing how long you have had your Gemini account, but is speaking about your specific Brave browser profile.

This means you would need Uphold (if you’re in a state/country that it’s available) or you are out of luck until Gemini is restored, a new custodial partner is added or Brave shifts to on chain payouts.
