New PC, Unable to download

Description of the issue:
Receiving Blocked. Dangerous, when trying to download programs.

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Downloading a program

Expected result:
Program downloads.

Brave Version: 1.51.118

Additional Information:
I reset my windows today and was installing all of the necessary things, when I keep receiving this error. The program(s) I am trying to download are Steam, Battle.Net, discord etc.

I do have Safe Browing DISABLED.

@Utidiysyisitdixoxohd Well, guess let me first ask if you tried changing settings at brave://settings/security If you turn off Safe Browsing… No protection (not recommended) Does not protect you against dangerous websites, downloads, and extensions.
