New option Ad Conversion

Can someone please explain the new option of Ad Conversion and give detail information?
For example it says it increases the earnings but for who? And how much is this increase? Do we just have to click and open the page or we need to do more? Also how can we track this? etc.

Brave, of course, blocks out these trackers. We are implementing an improved version of this capability in Brave Ads, that uses the same authorized by anonymous confirmation system that supports the rest of Brave Ads. This ticket includes the client side work to make this possible.

Thank you for the reply, but this does’t answer the most important question of what extra is being earned and if we only have to click on the ad for the extra amount ( if any) and so on. My recommendation when having this articles please try to have them give as much information as possible. And let us be honest the earn factor is the driving force here.
