Description of the issue:
My Brave Browser Crashed and I can’t access any page on it. I’ve tried clearing the cache and opening in a new private window but the browser is still down.

Did you just install Brave for the first time? Or have you been using Brave for some time now and this appeared out of nowhere?
Can you tell me if you’re using Windows 10 or Windows 7?
I’ve been using it for about a week now. I was able to install it and it worked fine before today. The browser just crashed and I can’t get it back up again.
My windows version is Windows 10.

Update:
I’ve run some troubleshooting on the browser.
I right clicked on the brave icon on my desktop and selected troubleshoot compatibility and chose the recommended settings option.
I’m not entirely sure how/what changed but the ah snap page is gone now. The Brave browser is working again.
