Need help making a new list

Hello, I’m trying to take the IPs from this web site and make a block list they are all cool lists. My phone was voip hacked and it started with a DNS browser hijack. Here is this website or one of the lists with the domain there are 4 or so domains listed with updated voip blocks and these are the most extensive lists can anyone help? I can’t paste that under URLs for content filters and the list is too long for custom…… I would pay for this help lol
