Description of the issue:
Get “Access Denied We’ve blocked access because our system believes there might be a security risk. If this is a mistake, please call 1-888-842-6328 for further assistance” when trying to login.

*Tried in a New Privacy Window…
*Tried clearing cookies…
*Tried changing the UserAgent…
Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off?
No.
Is there a specific Shields configuration that causes the site to break? If so, tell us that configuration. (yes/no):
No.
Does the site work as expected when using Chrome?
Don’t know because I don’t trust Chrome and have removed it from ALL devices.
But that said, Navy Federal Credit Union told me on the phone adamantly “Brave Browser is now supported because the system we use to detect that your computer and your browser is being used not a man in the middle doesn’t work on Brave Browser. Unless you use another browser we are done here.” He listed Chrome as one of the supported browsers.
I read all of those and they have nothing to do with the new problem I’m having. The problem that has came up just started in the last month. I haven’t had a problem till now. So this link is irrelevant.
I have already searched your website and the entire internet with out an answer. I never post with out doing research and non of those are the same. I hope that a resolution can be had. I trust no other browser than Brave at this time. Thank you for trying at least.
I’m having the same problem here. Not sure if I should create a new thread or piggy back in here. For reference, I am able to login to NFCU normally using FireFox.
