Navy Federal Credit Union Sign in gives Access Denied

Description of the issue:
Navy Federal Credit Union Sign in gives Access Denied. Upon Calling Navy Fed customer support I was informed that Brave was recently added to a list of unsupported browsers. Is this going to be addressed or do I need to start looking for a new browser?

Exact URL of the website in question:

Same Issue as found at Access deied to Navy Federal website

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no)
yes

Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off?
no

Is there a specific Shields configuration that causes the site to break? If so, tell us that configuration. (yes/no):
no

Does the site work as expected when using Chrome?
yes

Brave version (check About Brave):
1.73.89

Suggest that you try the following Brave Browser Shields global settings:

Then visit the website: https://www.navyfederal.org/

And tap the Brave Shields icon in the Brave Browser window for that website . . . and set “Block Trackers & Ads” to Standard.

The webpage will probably reload, then try to sign in.

On my Mac, the webpage looks like:

IF that does not work, then return to the Brave Browser Shields global settings, and set “Trackers & ads blocking” to Standard.

Ok maybe it wasn’t clear, loading that page is not the problem it is blocking us from actually signing in. I have followed all the same troubleshooting steps that were recommended in the other thread I linked here Access deied to Navy Federal website and it sounds like it is intentionally being blocked by Navy Fed as their customer support immediately asked if I was using the Brave browser and stated that it was recently added to the list of incompatible browsers

I take it back as of this morning I am now able to sign in using a new private window. I think they are actively changing something on their backend

“this morning I am now able to sign in using a new private window”

Good to know.
