Using Brave Browser (iOS), I scrolled to the bottom of your webpage, but I am uncertain - where exactly, is your website support icon and / or link supposed to be?:

No English translation?

Used Brave Translate feature:

Hey!
Sorry there is no English translation, but please turn off the shield and the widget will appear on bottom left. You dont have to scroll, it will be attached on bottom left.
This is the exact issue that I am reporting.

@Tme9

I am willing to enable cookies and javascripts, for some websites; my primary interest in Brave Browser, is for its Privacy & Security. So, I almost never turn OFF / DISABLE Brave Shields, entirely.

I wonder why:

The Experience Points - XP Rewards widget shows:

But your support widget does not show:

support_widget

You, and / or Brave Team member @fanboynz , will know the answer, is my guess.

Your observation is at its point!
I really dont know why, I tried adding the widget through multiple ways (using Google Tag Manager, Javascript, directly from intercom the widget app) but still nothing works.

@Tme9

The server (‘cloudflare.com’) source of the Experience Points - XP Rewards widget, might be:

Using Site-Specific Brave Shields, the Experience Points - XP Rewards widget disappears, when I block that source.

The Brave Browser Developer Tools > Elements window shows:

I am uncertain about, how the source for your support widget:

support_widget

is being blocked (if that is the case) . . . and again, @fanboynz will likely know more.
