If not then thats the issue. People from regions not listed will be shown unverified.
It was verified about three month ago and I would be able to tip the BAT too but it automatically unverified. Then I repeated the verification process and was added in publisher account successfully about 1week ago but while browsing the site it shows the unverified creator status.
Well, yea. The change happened a few months back only. I reckon October or November.
