My reward for July 7 has not arrived in my upholl account

Briefly describe your issue:

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

  1. You did not fill out ANY of the information needed. You posted the template but left it blank. You’re not going to get much help that way.

  2. Payouts are still ongoing. You don’t receive payment directly on the 7th. I generally recommend you check the status at https://sampson.codes/brave/ads/my_region/ (it has a banner on the top of the site) but you can also view at Ads Payout Status Update Just keep in mind they don’t always remember to change the colors on that post, so pay attention to the words of pending vs processing vs complete.

  3. Should you end up having issues down the road, I want to let you know that for missing BAT payments you’ll want to submit a Support Ticket. You can do that by completing the form at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 But I’d wait a couple weeks before you do. Payouts usually take about 2 weeks, give or take.
