My payment not received

Hello everyone my bat is not received my Gemini account please tell me why my Gemini account is verified my email address is, asaman60554@gmail.com and screenshots

Same for me they seem to be playing games no BAT for 2 months with Gemini verified wallet no problems all year, unable to verify with uphold due to device limit reached even though I’m on a new PC and new internet connection getting beyond frustrating
