Did you mean the File Edit ... bar at the top left?

Yes!Exactly. I should have been more specific.

Windows version have no menu bar. But most of the settings should be available in the main menu at upper right.

Thanks! I don’t like it and it doesn’t make sense to me when everything else in windows has the menu bar on top. In fact most give you the options to show it or not. I’d like to see that change.
