My mac accidentally shut down and restarted and i found out my brave history is deleted

my macbook was overheating and then suddenly shut down and restartedby itself yesterday, later on today i was searching for something in my history just to find out it was all deleted

is there any way to retrieve my browsing history? and can i know whats the possible reason behind this problem?
