My funds are withhold

hello. about 15 days ago when they wanted to send my funds to my uphold account, they said it was suspicious and they withhold my funds. after 15 days still nothing. in my account it says that the case is open but no result so far. i just watched the ads nothing else. is anybody able to help me here? thank you
