Today I open my publisher account I found 0 0 though I have +1340 downloaded and 167 confirmed. Also my referral link is disappeared!
Is it a bug please? and what about my new referrals will be counted or no because of this problem?

Hi there,
From the backend, I can see that your referrals are still present on your account. There must be some kind of glitch with the referral display.
Can you please try clearing your cache completely? Also, make sure that you are using the latest version of the browser.

Hi Asad, can you Help me too please, I delete one of my channels and re-add the same channel in order to try if this solve other problem that I have (cannot tip from my browser to any publisher, and my channel is showed like not verified yet…) and now, my dash board deleted all of my “downloaded” and my “confirmed” referrals, can you help me?
I had the same problem and It is ok now. It is a bug
