I have no wallet on the phone and also I can’t see almost any ads(one one) even though I’m activating it

Can I sync with my laptop then watch ads while accepting bat on my wallet on laptop ?
No. You can opt to receive ads on iOS, but you will not receive BAT for them. Instead, Brave will donate those BAT to a verified content creator of their choice.
