My "Creators Publishers BATs" were not transferred to my uphold account

Briefly describe your issue: BATs accumulated in my Publishers account were not transferred to my Uphold wallet. To withdraw while reading a post, we just have to connect the wallet and wait for it to be transferred automatically. Or it is transferred automatically on the 13th day. I found such information, but still the transfer has not taken place. Do you know when it happens or what should I do?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? I have never received publishers payment, but my BAT rewards for advertising earnings in the Browser have been automatically transferred to my uphold account many times in the past.

But currently I have not received my BAT reward from my creator account.

There are a few people experiencing the same situation, some other people in my MMO group say they have received BAT sent back to the uphold.
Then, what’s the problem? I have not received the BAT yet. My Creator account and uphold wallet are working fine. I have never encountered this problem.

Thanks for the thread link, I think BAT’s was not transferred to my account due to the first item, and the other BAT’s were not transferred to my account before because it was insufficient. So next month I will be paid, but excuse me as I don’t know full English, I have something to ask you. Do I need to reach this person by DM anyway and write my email account? I had to reinstall to reset the option as I had selected the wrong country in Brave and 14 bat would go to no avail. I tried the Donate way and indeed saved it.
