**Description of the issue:**Brave will not give me Internet audio on Win-10 - Firefox works fine
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. I think it must be something missing, but I don’t know what.
2. No Youtube video gives me audio, but Zoom works OK.

Actually, all sites were disallowed.

I don’t remember setting this when I loaded Brave - Maybe the default should be “enabled”.
