My Brave Reward are Frozen

Hi

My Brave rewards are sometimes frozen and do not increase when I view the photos of Braves, know that sometimes when I reinstall the Brave browser, the problem will resolve but sometimes other reinstallation will not be of any use.

Please help me.

@Chocou Are you getting Ad Notifications and/or Brave News Ads? Do they also don’t increase your rewards? What do you see on brave://rewards/, can you post a screenshot?

Also, do you have Rewards payment ID on brave://rewards-internals/ (Don’t post it)? When was the last time you received a payout?
