My bookmarks are suddenly all different on bar

**“Other bookmarks” folder suddenly appeared on my bookmarks bar and all of my bookmarks that I had on the bookmarks bar are different. What happened? And when I go into the Bookmarks Manager, all my bookmarks and their folders are listed correctly in the left panel. What happened? More importantly, how can I fix this? **
How can this issue be reproduced?

Yes. iPad and iPhone as well as another laptop.

But they did all have the same bookmarks the day before.
