hello … today i have installed a new windows version and that caused of deletion of every program including Brave browser … now i had 3 BAT withdrawn to uphold - gone - … and 1.8 BAT take or less in the rewards tab gone too … i suppose there is no recovery or anything like that right ??

Did you have auto-contribute on before you reinstalled windows? Also no there is no way of recovering a wallet, only connecting your wallet to Uphold will keep any BAT you earn in the browser and BAT should not leave your Uphold account unless you made a transaction or you had auto-contribute on.

no i’m sure i didn’t have auto-contribute on … and thats how i remember having 3 BAT in the uphold wallet … but thanks anyway
