I have the same issue here but Iâm not connected to Gemini but to UpholdâŚ
I received a response (hides). I created a new topic, followed the instructions, and posted/answered the template questions in my message. My account was flagged and once the flag was removed (and I worked through a few other issues on my side), I started earning BAT for ads.
If anyone has submitted a support request using the template, you might want to tag the moderators. Because of sheer volume, some requests get overlooked.
There is plenty of support. We deal with thousands of requests every single day. The best way to receive support is to open a thread and include all the information requested in the editor when you open the thread so we have as much detail surrounding your issue as possible.
If you are still not getting a reply, please tag one of us in the thread to get our attention.

As far as payouts, the Brave-Gemini integration problem didnât help. Now Gemini is down on their side again, which is probably going to hold up deposits to Gemini even longer!
Hey everyone I just wanted to go ahead and share a notice that I had been given by somebody. I have not been able to verify this with Gemini yet but I wanted to share it here for anyone that has Gemini who may not have received their payment yet. Supposedly Gemini is having issues on their side and are working to repair it. The information that was provided to me is in the screenshot attached below. I am hoping that Gemini will return my email within 24 hours so I can update this with more accurâŚ

Hey! Now that the system is showing all rewards have processed and paid out, everyone should have received theirs or have it appearing within the next few hours. As we know, life doesnât always work as it should. If you post here on Brave Community about not having received your BAT, you will all get the same exact or similar message. So please, instead of creating posts here to flood issues, your best bet is to do the below so you can get help ASAP.
