Hello Brave Team,
My name is Neo_The_First and I’ve been using Brave as my primary browser for over 5 years. During this time, I accumulated a considerable amount of BAT rewards through the Brave Rewards program.
However, I’ve recently noticed that all of my BAT tokens have disappeared. Additionally, I haven’t been receiving any new BAT rewards for quite some time, despite ads being enabled and regular daily usage of the browser.
Here are my current Brave stats:
- Trackers & ads blocked: 1,314,526
- Bandwidth saved: 5.41 GB
- Time saved: 18.3 hours
I’d really appreciate your help to understand what happened to my BAT balance, and why I am no longer earning rewards.
