My BAT keeps disappearing every single day

This whole month my BAT have been resetting every single day. I’ll earn from $2.75 to $3 over the course of the day, and the following day, my BAT always goes back down to $2.50. This is really bad. Should be up to like $15 by now. But still stuck at $2.50, starting over every single day like Groundhog’s Day.
